Once I purchase the Pro version will the response time for the PDF Flip book improve? It takes up around 8-12 seconds for it to load and they are 3,533 KB. My other PDFs are not over 3,700 KB.

You can compress your pdfs https://www.ilovepdf.com/compress_pdf 3.47 MB > 739.89 KB it will significantly improve the loading time.
