3D FlipBook - Issue with PDF upload

I am uploading a PDF to create a new flipbook and it keeps flipping the main image on the cover page from vertical to horizontal, within the PDF. This has never happened before. I've tried uploading the PDF several times. I'm not sure how to fix this.

Hi, I got it to work with a different version of the PDF, which our printer provided. So still not sure what the issue with the other file was. Booth are working on my computer. I recommend you to update the plugin, you use very old version.
