Is it possible to make a flipbook look touched/ toggled or that it moves in order to show mobile visitors that it is a clickable element?

No there is not such option out of the box, but you can implement this as extension.
How would I be able to include it as an extension?
It is possible to implement something general that will inform user about interactive elements, not only for this plugin. Like user helper/guide. Probably something like this already exists. You need to look for.
