I cannot find in the video what I need. The website is made with elementor. There is a page with several catalogues. On the left is just an image, on the right is some text. Below I have 4 buttons (and when they click a button, a lightbox with the catalogue should show up)

Purchased the plugin, but I think I am not smart enough to understand. The website is: www.pack4u.eu/wp-admin (username: 1, password: 12468) so you can see the website. This shows that you only sell the plugin without any support. Is there a way for a refund with support like this?

We support our product: fix bugs, update functionality, respond general question, help to fix some issues, but we do not provide customization. The price is $35 for life - what do you expect?

I don't ask for any customizations. I just asked for an explanation of how to do something because I am not familiar with it. I don't expect much, but I would expect some reply from a developer within a few days with an answer (any answer) I disabled the account, since there was no reply and I didn't want to keep it open for many days. I created the user again. (Just view/not an admin)
