3D FlipBook - Books won't display on mobile

Hi there- I just installed the plugin and it's working great on my laptop, but when I try to load the page on my phone, it tries to load and then crashes. The message is "A problem repeatedly occurred". The same thing has happened on all 3 book pages.

I tried enabling single page mode for mobile as was suggested but that didn't solve it. Can you help?
