3D FlipBook - multiple flipbooks on same page

Hello,
I have 4 flipbooks in woocommerce custom tabs on a wordpress website. I can load everything fine but when another user (at the same time) tries to load the same flipbook, it's an empty page. I'm happy to provide the private page details directly via email.

Probably the problem on the server/database side - it locks records.
