Is there a way to generate a link that can be shared, like through email, that when clicked will bring people to my site and automatically launch the flipbook in a lightbox?

Yes.

Since 1.10.10 Auto launch lightbox using a CSS class or the book name as URL hash: http://example.com/page-with-book/#book1/5, where book1 is a CSS class or the book name, 5 - page number
