I purchased the pro version and I can't get the navigation arrows to display while using my theme. here is my site. http://etc.jna.mybluehost.me/?page_id=261

Your theme does not load the font file http://etc.jna.mybluehost.me/wp-content/plugins/3d-flip-book/assets/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.7.0, could you send it me for debugging?
