Hi, I posted the link above related to my issue. I am facing the same issue. The iFrame/Canvas took about 8 seconds to load before loading PDF. Was the issue resolved? Any solution would be much appreciated. I'm a premium customer by the way.

hi, I managed to figure out the root cause of it. One of my php function has caused the iFrame to load much slower than it is supposed to. Issue rectified. Thank you so much for your quick response by the way.
