Hello I purchased the Pro version but I am having the following two issues when I want to view pfd

1). Uncaught Error: Unknown action from worker: PDFManagerReady _onComObjOnMessage https://v4.puzaweb.com/flip/js/libs/pdf.min.js:1

2) Error: Unknown action from worker: GetOperatorList
