3D FlipBook - Mobile Single Page View Help

I saw on another post that you could go to 3D FlipBook->Settings->Actions->cmdSinglePage->activeForMobile(+yes) to turn on a single pageview for mobile. I don't see a settings section. Is this a pro only feature? Is there an example of what it looks like? I don't really want to purchase a plugin just, so I can test a feature to see if it works for my needs.
