3D FlipBook - 3D Flipbook not shown

Hi, I used the 3d Flipbook now already for about a year without issues. Some days ago it happened to not being shown anymore on the pages. I used the short code generator so far to show the PDFs on the pages. Please help me with this issue. Thank you! :)
