3D FlipBook - Blank canvas in pro version

I've tried to contact you via fb, as I've got no answer, will try here. Everything worked fine in a free version, but with a pro version and very same settings i get blank canvas. Can you please help me? How can I provide you a link? I don't want to post it here, as it is a project in development.
