Hi, I purchase the pro version of your script, thank you. I get a problem using it for all mobile devices like Ios, android I have tested right now..
i get a black screen and the pdf is not showing up. That is a really sad thing because my website is viewed my mostly mobile users.
How can this problem be solved ?

Yes i tested your page using redmi note 8 pro, huawei honor 6, iPhone 4 - it works fine. This problem appears on some version of android devices, i guess this is device 3D graphic issue, because i could reproduce it with other 3D web applications. Updating device software should help.
Hi, In a old post I found you write on Stack overflow about a similal subject , they were the idea to disable antialiasing to solve the problem. Do you think it could be relevant in my case ?
Is it possible to disable some 3d graphic animation to ensure this to works on every android web application ? It is more important to me that you plugin works on every mobile than to have sofisticated 3d effect.

Hi, still have no idea how to reproduce it. I will create one more example to test your device.
It is weird that i could turn the pages but they are black. I test opera, firefox and chrome on my android phone, and this is the same problem. I tried the webgl exemple of the official website and everything is fine, i could play doom 3d on my phone ;)

https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js/issues/14137 - the same issue discussion on three js. they decided that the problem in precision.
