3D FlipBook - Stopped workin spontaneously

Have been using WordPress plugin for over a year with no problems. Went to add a new PDF file today and when I click on Add New, a new page opens but I get a " Sorry something went wrong with the server please try again." Error. Cleared cache. Reinstalled plugin. Nothing has helped. Any ideas?
