Our company needs the company data and its address to be able to buy the product. On licenses, we want to put 1 pdf on the web but there are three per language, plus 2 different ones, total 5 pdf in two different places. Are 10 licenses since they are all different pages?

You need one license per one web site. It does not mater how many PDFs you have. When you purchase the product you will get your receipt from Gumroad.
I have tried to see the general characteristics of Gumroad to know if it is charged in $ or € or makes change, taxes ... but I can not find the help, also if you search in gunroad "3d flipbook" or similar does not find anything of this tool.
