Hi I downloaded the installation (zip) file for the Interactive 3D flipbook When I upload the plugin , as usual and active the plug in I get a whole page of gobbledygook. When I inactivate the plug in I get the normal view.

The message reads: Scripts and styles should not be registered or enqueued until the wp_enqueue_scripts, admin_enqueue_scripts, or login_enqueue_scripts hooks. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.3.0.) in /mnt/web019 /a2/45/56930145/htdocs/ WordPress_06/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4139 Notice: Use of undefined constant label – assumed ‘label’ in /mnt/web019/a2/45/56930145/htdocs/WordPress_06/wp-content/plugins/3d-flip-book/inc

Is this a fault in the installation file?

Tnkx for your help

I tested the plugin with WP 4.8 – it is ok. And i use only enqueue functions for including scripts and styles. So it seems very interesting. Do you use any tools that change WP Dashboard appearance? Maybe there are some incompatibilities with other plugins. Could you try to deactivate all extensions and try to use only FlipBook with a simple theme (Silver Platinum for example)?

Thanks for your help. I did a clean installation and there was no problem and no conflict with the theme either. So I had to investigate further. Just in case someones encounters the same problem, this is what i found.

There was a fault in my wp-config.php file. There is a php-constant WP_DEBUG that is supposed to be “false” . However in my config file it said “WP_DEBUG = “true” . (changed by a debug plugin, which I had removed)

I changed it back to “false’ and all works fine now. Sorry to have bothered you, it was not your plugin.

I’ll do some happy 3D-Flipbooking today

Ron
