3D FlipBook - thumbnail slow loading on mobile

I had an issue with loading thumbnail speed on the lite version it took forever I purchased the PRO version in hope dor the issue to be resolved but I still face it and especially on mobile it took around 1 - 2 minutes for the thumbnail to show up, I used an image as the book thumbnail but it still takes forever to load.

https://healthavenue.org/issue7/ this book does not have image thumbnail so the plugin render its first page - it is quite slow.
i chose the image from the cover properties tab is there another way to set the thumbnail ?
