3D FlipBook - Inconsistent experience

I have the pro version on wordpress Version 5.4.1. I'm using full screen shortcode option... [3d-flip-book mode="fullscreen" urlparam="fb3d-page" id="4973" title="false" classes="fb3d-h-600"]

I am adding this shortcode into custom product tabs plugin for woocommerce - https://wordpress.org/plugins/yikes-inc-easy-custom-woocommerce-product-tabs/

As i reload the incognito tab a couple of times the flipbook itself loads but the actual pdf is very inconsistent. Sometimes it loads fine, other's it's just a blank screen inside flipbook container, other times it's Item not found.

Any ideas? I can create access for you as well to take a look. This is for a client so it's time sensitive. What's a good email to send you access to take a look?
