3D FlipBook - Flexible corners positions & auto fullscreen

Hello, I'm considering buying this plugin and currently testing extensively the demo version. At the moment I've two important issues to solve. The questions are:

1. Is there any way to change default positions for sheet's flexible corners allowing to flip pages "manually"? For example, if I want to use upper corners, or both, lower and upper. Or even, is there a way to redefine the shape and size of draggable, interactive area, for example forming it as a vertical strip at sheet's outer edge, between top and bottom corners. An option of using upper corners would be enough, possibility of using both corners would be great and a way of creating custom areas would be fantastic ;)

2. Is it possible to initialize a flipbook already in fullscreen mode, using configuration options? For example a button/image click opens a book in full screen.
