For some reason the Flipbook is adding mysterious "white lines" to the photos in one of the PDFs we are working with.
The lines don't appear in the actual PDF: https://paceengineering.us/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/2014-Newsletter-2.pdf
They only appear in the Flipbook display: https://paceengineering.us/newsletters/pacesetter-2014/
We've tried...
It still adds the white lines no matter what. None of the other PDFs we have created Flipbooks with have had this issue, so we can't seem to figure out what's causing it.
Shoot sorry, it turns out the "white line" issue is happening on additional Flipbooks, but again not present on the actual PDFs:
Not every image here - just selective ones... https://paceengineering.us/newsletters/pacesetter-2015/
most images here... https://paceengineering.us/newsletters/pacesetter-2016/
Do you mean right and top margins? They also exist if you use Chrome default PDF viewer.
Hi!
No, we mean over the actual photos embedded throughout in the PDF. If you view the actual PDFs as files, the photos embedded throughout the pdf are normal photos with no issues. However, when we upload these specific pdfs into the Flipbook, it displays " white lines" over the photos. But the "white lines" don't actually exist in the pdfs, so we can't correct that. The Flipbook is somehow adding the white lines to the photos. Is there a way for us to send you a screenshot of the comparison to give a visual?
A screenshot would be great: author@3dflipbook.net
Hi, same issue here, did you guys solve that?
