3D FlipBook - Tooltip, Link, 3DFlipbook

Unfortunately I am not a programmer. Therefore I am looking for a solution tool.

I have PDFs (e.g. legal judgments) that are on the server and do not change. I can create this in 3D flipbook and then call it up with shortcodes and insert it into a page / article.

Another page contains many statements (date and text in a list) and these should be backed up with the corresponding documents. Therefore, the PDFs are in the various directories on the server. (e.g. hand bike, aids, etc.) I want the server path to the PDFs in the tooltip in the WP-editor specify e.g. ">Electrical stimulation<" and then 3D flipbook should open and display the PDF.

Text example: ">Electrical stimulation< is a recognized healing treatment and is used in many therapies." (One click on >electrical stimulation< and the tooltip opens and then another click opens the 3D-Flipbook-PDF)

Example-text: "22.04.2020 - Electrical Stimulation"<[3d-flip-book mode="fullscreen" urlparam="fb3d-page"  pdf="http://www.handicap-portal.eu/medien/Ausgleichstraining%20fu%CC%88r%20Rollstuhlfahrer.pdf"]&gt; is a recognized healing treatment and is used in many therapies.
