3D FlipBook - Move control box above the flipbook

In another message you said this is possible by editing the plug-in template. I'm at a loss to understand what to do. Are you referring to the file \assets\templates\default-book-view.html? If you could add any detail it would be appreciated. (On mobile devices in fullscreen mode it's easy for the control/navigation bar to fall beneath the visible area of the device and I think it might not be clear to the user that there is a control bar when they scroll the screen up. If I can move it above the flipbook it will be immediately visible when the user opens a flipbook.)
