Hi!

Probably you try to see Unreal FlipBook post, but your theme does not support the plugin so you get 404 or only book header. Try to create a new page and edit it with Visual Composer. There you will find a button Unreal FlipBook. Use the button. For details see http://3dflipbook.net/vc-user-manual#insertion-pdf-book-fullscreen.
