I have purchased the plugin but my pdf file is 80MB and 505 pages. I seem to be limited to only display 116 pages is this due to php limits? What changes do I need to make to display the full large pdf file.

Hi!
I have seen this problem, the reason in either in php or web-server settings – i guess it is web-server, it does not want to upload a lot of data. I have not researched how to change web-server settings, i prefer to go another way: add ability switching off pages customization or customize them in a different way, as the result less information to upload and download. I am going to publish this update in the end of May. Could you wait a little? Sorry for inconvenience.
