I haven’t test my plugin on RTL web-sites. I guess it should work but i recommend to check its demo https://wordpress.org/plugins/interactive-3d-flipbook-powered-physics-engine/ and please let me know if there are any problems or you need some help.

Yes, there is an option to switch off downloading.

There are a lot of book displaying settings like: page thickens, start flip speed, page color and so on. This time i am working on extra functionality like page content animation it will be released soon. This feature will help to interact with user.
