3D FlipBook - Requirement of using Base64 instead of Pdf file

I have the requirement in one of my project to implement the 3D Flip book plugin. I am able to use this plugin with the PDF file, But now we have the requirement to use the Base64 instead of the PDF file. So can you guys please let us know if we have any way that we can use the base64 directly in this plugin ?. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
