3D FlipBook - Couple of pre-sales questions: 1.) Is the 3d FlipBook label&link removed in Pro version? 2.) Is there a “Loading”

Couple of pre-sales questions:
1.) Is the 3d FlipBook label&link removed in Pro version?
2.) Is there a “Loading” icon or something for when the thumbnail takes a while to load? ( I may be using to large of an image for the thumbnail and have quite a bit of a delay? )
3.) Is there a way to get to book to start already opened to a certain page(s) but in the 2 page format?
I see we can delete the cover let’s say… and have the “Book” open/start at page 1 of the PDF. But it still shows page 1 as a single page.
Would love to use the Cover as the thumbnail and when they click it have them jump to the PDF/Book opened up and displaying pages 1&2 instead.
