Try with one of default themes. Also there can be a security plugin that does not let to show the book. I need the link to page.

I got it working with a default theme on http://hospital.supremefaith.org/; but there is no way I can change the theme at http://tarabastate.gov.ng/money/ because it s a huge government website. Can you help me to identify the problem security plugin on http://tarabastate.gov.ng/money/?

i don’t understand what you mean. I am using the Avada theme. How do I go about solving my problem?

I mean – i do not know what is wrong with Avada theme without debugging. And that debugging third part software (Avada) is not included in customer support. If you could reproduce this issue on default WP themes i will help to solve it. But if the issue appears only in Avada that means that problem in Avada.

Hello, My Avada support says the problem is not from their theme and they tried accessing my website and changing to default theme but it did not work. Can you help me identify the problem plugin so we can get this thing to work?
