Hello. I really liked the previews for this app but I can’t get it working properly. I have purchased the pro version for Wordpress and managed to install but I have 2 problems:

1) When I create a new book and select the pdf it says “Please wait! The book is processing…” for quite a long time. I saw on another thread that someone else had the same issue and that you managed to resolve it so I am hoping that you will also be able to resolve this issue for me too. I only installed it yesterday when I discovered this issue. Then this morning it was visible (but the quality was poor, problem 2). I have just logged on again now and see that it has returned to saying the book is processing. So I dont know what is going wrong or what I am doing wrong.

2) As mentioned above, when I did see the book, the quality was poor. The pdf is reasonably good quality. So the issue isnt with the original file. In fact I would like to make it has high definition as possible as the pdf includes a number of small images that I would like to make as sharp as possible. So please can you let me know what I can do to create the book as high def as possible.
