But I want to know before, how support works? Do I use the codecanyon site to ask questions? Or directly via email? Or is there a forum?

I already have questions like “can I have control panel (with zooming, paging, printing, ...) also above the flipbook or is it always below the flipbook”. Where/how do I get answers on such questions?
