3D FlipBook - 120+ files to replace via FTP every month

Hi, I have 120+ files to replace via FTP every month. Everything works nice, besides one thing - numer of pages. If I replace 2 page file with 3 page pdf the number of pages won't update. How can I bulk update page cout for every file?
