3D FlipBook - Print on Mobile

Hi team, we have installed 3D Flipbook on our site, We seem to be having issues with the print on mobile. When we view the flipbook on mobile and we click the print icon it gives an error "There was a problem printing this page. Please try again later".

How best can this be resolved, thanks for the assistance.
