3D FlipBook - Captions for images?

I'd love to use 3D FlipBook to display several books I have. I have each book as a series of images, and have succeeded in making a flipbook which displays them. However, I have (separately) a caption for each image. It's important to be able to keep the captions separate, for later purposes of translation. I notice when I add an image page, there's a spot for a title for each image. Is there any way to have these titles show up on the page? If not, what is the purpose of this "Title" field?
