3D FlipBook - Enable download after filling a form

I have been using the free version of the plugin and considering buying PRO version. I see that pro version can disable the download button. Can the pro version: 1) allow the hide the 3d flipbook icon? 2) is it possible that the download button can enable a form to fill, and once the users completes entering their basic information like name and email only then download the button?
