3D FlipBook - view modes

First of all I'm using de free WP version of the plugin. Whenever I post a Flipbook and choose as View Mode "Lightbox activation link" or " Fullscreen" nothing shows on the page. Same thing happens with pages. However posts an pages work just fine wen view mode is set for "Thumbnail" or "Thumbnail and Lightbox". Any ideas what maybe going on?
