I only see a blank screen. I copied all of the files into a directory of my web server and the screen is simply blank.

Right. I saw that, but the paths are exactly as set in the download. All files are in the expected directories, from what I can see.
well, in that case your web server does not allow to access them https://bnsga.org/reading/shlomo/flip/js/jquery.min.js - 404 check the server settings.
Unfortunate for me. Is there a way to get a refund on my purchase of the program until I am able to sort it out?
