There is something wrong with your WordPress theme – it does not include enqueued scripts and styles. Try with a default theme.

People are using the website, I cannot just change to a default theme .Why would you plugin not work with it?

Because it does not follow WordPress theme creation guidelines. It does not include plugin scripts and styles. Probably there are no calls wp_footer / wp_head https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/28169/help-me-to-understand-wp-header-and-wp-footer-functions

From the theme developer: “Flatsome is coded in strict adherence to the WordPress coding standards. If you look at our Page templates, for example /flatsome/page-left-sidebar.php you will notice that the get_header() and get_footer() functions are implemented as defined in the WordPress Codex Guidelines https://codex.wordpress.org/get_header, https://codex.wordpress.org/get_footer respectively.

Ask them then why:

If it is coded in strict adherence to the WordPress coding standards – then why it does not render script and styles enqueued through wp_enqueue_script / wp_enqueue_style?

there has to be script 3d-flip-book.min.js in page source code – but there is not:
