3D FlipBook - Adding 3D Flipbook to new page

I can create the 3D Flipbook, but when I create a new page to host it the menu bar with the insert button does not appear. Are there settings somewhere to make the bar appear? 3D Flipbook does not appear in the other insert options. Wordpress 5.4 running Twenty-Seventeen theme; Microsoft Edge
